• You may contact us by phone to provide as much detail as possible prior to the service team dispatching.
• We dispatch unmarked vehicles to arrive on your property within 2 hours to conduct an on-site assessment and review the services and cost with you. If you prefer to receive an estimate prior to our arrival, we ask that you send us photographs of the affected areas. With your approval, we get to work immediately.
• Our team makes an effort to save as much of your personal property as possible throughout the cleanup process. Once the cleanup is complete, we will conduct a final walk-through inspection and ask for your sign-off approval.
• We help you navigate the insurance process and work with your insurance company to file the necessary claims. We also work with other involved parties on site as required.

Bio Hazard Plus also takes the responsibility of navigating the insurance process whenever needed, so you can take whatever time you need for yourself to cope and heal. Most hoarding, biohazards and trauma cleanups are covered by auto, home, and commercial insurance, and we will work with your insurance company to file the correct claims.
